Academic Internship Student Achievement Award

Description:

This award is given to a student who has completed at least one term or semester of an academic internship (paid or unpaid) at a college or university represented by a current member of the Cooperative Education & Internship Association, Inc. (CEIA). The internship experience must have taken place between September 1 of the previous year and August 31 of the nominating year.

Nomination Deadline: November 15

Eligibility:

  • Nominated students must be nominated by a member of CEIA

  • Nominated students must be a junior or senior, enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program

  • Nominated students must have been a participant in his/her college/university’s recognized internship program for at least one semester/quarter between September 1 of the previous year and August 31 of the nominating year.

  • We request that each institution or site sponsor nominate only one individual.

  • The awards committee reserves to right to determine award eligibility.
