Portland, Oregon is served by Portland International Airport. The TRI MET MAX redline will take you from the airport to downtown Portland in 38 minutes. You can roll your luggage right on the train. Trains run about every 15 minutes from 5:00 AM - 11: 30 PM. Cost is about $2.05 or a one way ticket.
