Employers – Why Attend CEIA 2019?

Calling all employers! Are you hiring co-ops and interns? The Cooperative Education and Internship Association (CEIA) provides employers an opportunity to forge connections with college and university representatives who work with students, faculty contacts and student organizations! CEIA remains the leader in providing professional development and resources to practitioners in the fields of cooperative education and internship program management.

Please consider joining us in Chicago for our Annual Conference, March 31 – April 2, 2019. This year’s theme is Experiential Learning on the Rise!

CEIA is offering co-op and intern employers a special registration price for Tuesday, April 2. Join us for the Employer Day Pass ($285) to network with co-op and intern professionals from colleges and universities across the country. Take advantage of this unique opportunity to promote your organization’s recruitment efforts for talented co-ops and interns.

The Employer Day Pass program will run 8:30 am – 4:30 pm at the Westin Chicago River North. The agenda includes:

Registration Deadlines: Employer Day Pass registrations are due March 1, 2019

Cancellation/Refund Policy: All requests for refunds must be submitted in writing by February 1, 2019. No refunds will be issued after that date. A $100 refund fee will be charged on all cancellations. Refunds will be processed after the conference.

Special Accommodations & ASL Interpreters: If you require special accommodations to fully participate in this conference, please send a written description of your needs to info@ceiainc.org . We will need these requests by February 1, 2019.

Conference Fees: Employer Day Pass registration is $285 for the one day program. This fee includes a continental breakfast, general session, speed sessions, buffet lunch, employer panel, and two interactive breakout sessions. The fee does not include a CEIA membership.

Parking Fees valet parking for the day is $69.

Full payment by check or credit card must accompany online conference registration. Sorry, no Purchase Orders. Do them internally and send the check to us with copy of online submission. MasterCard or VISA credit card payments only. Payment due by deadlines listed on registration form to secure rates.
