Payment Information

Credit Cards Accepted: American Express, Discover, MasterCard or VISA

Payment must be made by deadlines above to secure the rate posted. Late fees will be assessed on UNPAID balances.

Cancellation/Refund Policy: All requests for refunds must be submitted in writing by February 28, 2023. A $100 refund fee will be charged on all cancellations. Refunds will be processed after the conference. No refunds will be issued after February 28, 2023.

Purchase Orders: Not accepted. Purchase Orders will need to be completed internally. Then, send check and a copy of online submission to: CEIA, Inc. 11032 Carissa Dr., Dallas, Texas 75218.
