  Studio/1 Bedroom Condo: $162.00/night + 9.8% Tax
• Self parking: $15.00/Day
• Resort service fee 7% per night room rate: includes internet access, fitness facility, in-room coffee/tea, local & credit card phone access,       laundry room access, lobby coffee/water, cookies, and daily newspapers.
• Rates available 3 days before and 3 days after event, based on availability.
• Check-In: 4:00pm
• Check-out: 11:00 am
• Rate includes hot breakfast for 1 person per unit. Additional breakfast vouchers available for purchase at $15/person PRIOR to arrival.
