Refund Policy

  • Membership – There are no refunds. But an Institution can switch a member during the membership year.
  • Conferences/Training events – Each event has its own refund policy
    1. Annual Conference:
    Cancellation/Refund Policy: All requests for refunds must be submitted in writing by February 1st, each year. No refunds will be issued after that date. A $100 refund fee will be charged on all cancellations. Refunds will be processed after the conference.
  • 2. CEIA Academy Training (Vail, CO):
    Cancellation/Refund Policy: Cancellations must be made by May 1st, each year in order to receive refund of CEIA Academy training fee.
