Position Overview

CEIA is seeking a dynamic, organized leader to serve as the ELEVATE Webinar Program Manager.

This is a high-impact, non-board leadership role designed to oversee the strategy, curation, and execution of CEIA’s premier digital learning series: ELEVATE.

The Program Manager will chair the Webinar Coordination Committee, working closely with representatives from LAUNCH, ASCEND and Regional VPs to ensure our programming is diverse, timely, and valuable to the global co-op and internship community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic programming development for membership
  • Participation with CEIA Professional Development Committee strategic planning and meetings
  • Speaker engagement acts as the primary liaison for ELEVATE guest speakers, ensuring they are prepared, tech-vetted, and aligned with CEIA’s learning objectives.
  • Operational Excellence: Partner with the VP of Professional Development, VP of Marketing and Communications, and the Executive Director to manage the webinar platform, registration flow, and attendee data.
  • Continuous Improvement: Review post-webinar evaluations ensuring the ELEVATE brand remains the gold standard for industry PD.

We are looking for a CEIA member who possesses:

  • Project Management: The ability to manage a calendar 6–12 months in advance.
  • Technical Comfort: Familiarity with webinar platforms (e.g., Zoom or TEAMS) or a willingness to learn.
  • Collaborative Mindset: Experience working across committees or regions to build consensus.
  • Communication: Strong professional writing and moderating skills.
