CEIA invites colleges, employers, community organizations and vendors to consider sponsoring the Annual Conference. Sponsorship allows you to:

  • Increase brand awareness at the leading national conference dedicated to work-integrated learning attended by more than 300 educators and employers from across the country
  • Assist in honoring outstanding achievements by students, practitioners, and researchers.
  • Support the improvement and expansion of quality, work-integrated learning programs, which are critically important experiences that lead to future success.

Donations of any amount and of any kind are always appreciated. Every donation enhances our programming. Sponsors at all contribution levels will be recognized in conference materials distributed to attendees. Tier: Platinum
Amount: $5,000
Number of Sponsorships Available for Tier: 3

Promotion Opportunity: Recognized conference signage for one of the following:

  • Sunday, April 4: CEIA Academy Alumni Reception

All sponsors at the Platinum, Gold, Silver, Bronze and Patron tiers will be recognized as a sponsor on the conference webpage, guidebook, the printed program distributed to attendees at the conference, signage at conferences, slides running before all attendee sessions, and social media posts prior to the conference.

Additional Sponsorship Opportunities

Below are additional sponsorship opportunities available for the CEIA conference. Be it branding on conference swag or door prizes, all can be supported through sponsorships ranging from $50 – $900. Please contact a member of the Sponsorship Committee below to discuss one of these options before completing the online sponsorship form.

Branding on Conference Swag: The Conference Committee welcomes cash donations or in-kind donations for the following items (would be distributed to all conference attendees):

  • Bags (distributed at check-in)
  • Name Badges
  • Pens
  • Sunglasses
  • Water bottles
  • Welcome to suggest other items!

A minimum of 350 of each item must be donated in-kind or an equivalent cash value to these items purchased. These items will be placed in the attendee’s conference registration bag when they check-in.

Special Branding Opportunities: The CEIA Conference Committee wants conference attendees to share the great experience they are having by taking pictures and sharing them on social media. To facilitate this process, the conference committee is seeking sponsors for photo booths and contests throughout the conference.

  • Sponsor of Specific Events (Contact CEIA Office for more information)
  • Assistance with Featured Speakers’ Expenses: $500 – $700
  • Awards Banquet Door Prizes: $100 – 300
  • Printing Expenses: $200 – $400
  • President’s Reception Entertainment: $500
  • Volunteer Recognition Certificates: $50

Sponsors at all contribution levels will be recognized in the printed program distributed to attendees at the conference.

Additional Sponsorship Opportunities

 

PAYMENT:

Payment must be received by February 19, 2027 to be recognized as a sponsor.

Advertisements must be received and paid for (including those in a package) by February 19, 2027.
