25th Annual CEIA Academy – LAUNCH “Where Professionals Grow”

CEIA Academy Celebrates 25 Years with Expanded Training Opportunities

For 25 years, CEIA has proudly hosted the CEIA Academy, originally launched as the National Academy of Work-Integrated Learning (NAWIL). The name was later shortened to CEIA Academy to provide a clearer connection to the association and to help members easily recognize the Academy’s focus on training and professional development in work-integrated learning (WIL).

In Summer 2025, CEIA expanded and rebranded the Academy to better meet the evolving needs of professionals at every stage of their careers. Today, the CEIA Academy includes three distinct program tracks:

LAUNCH – training tailored to new professionals, helping them establish strong foundations in the field.
ELEVATE – a series of webinars and virtual offerings designed to support continuous professional growth.
ASCEND – a cohort-based program designed for emerging and aspiring leaders.

This rebranding reflects CEIA’s commitment to advancing the priorities of training, supporting, and empowering practitioners in work-integrated learning. By offering intentional pathways, CEIA ensures that professionals—whether just starting out, seeking growth, or leading programs—have access to the tools and knowledge they need to thrive.
