Region 6 includes the following states: Arizona, Colorado, Kansas, Idaho, Montana, Nebraska, New Mexico, North Dakota, South Dakota, Utah, Wyoming
I am thrilled to introduce myself as your Region Vice President. Together, we are part of a community of dedicated career development professionals who are committed to supporting students and advancing the goals of experiential learning through internships and cooperative education. We are excited to provide opportunities for connection among CEIA members in our area this year.
We understand the importance of staying connected and informed. Therefore, we will arrange opportunities to hear from others in our region about their successes, challenges, and importantly, to get ideas and suggestions for our own work. We believe that this will be a great opportunity to network with fellow CEIA members and learn from each other’s experiences.
As a CEIA member, you have access to a wide range of resources that can enhance your professional development. I encourage you to take full advantage of these resources and explore the various benefits that CEIA membership has to offer.
Our Member Forums and Webinars are a great way to connect with other members and learn something new. If you missed a session, past recordings are available. Additionally, if you have a topic or presentation you would like to share, CEIA welcomes your contributions. Please get in touch with us if you would like to present.
Experience Magazine also features articles written by our members. You can submit an article proposal through an easy online form, and one of our Experience Magazine™ editor will help you through the process. This is a great way to get some writing into your career portfolio and share your insights with a broader audience.
We are excited about the upcoming year and look forward to engaging with you all. Please don’t hesitate to reach out to us if you have any questions or suggestions.
