Partnership Development Managers will be responsible for the cultivation, development, and management of new and existing employer relationships to support experiential learning for Northeastern students. Reporting to the Director of Experiential Partnership Development, this role will be integral to the creation of the new Experiential Partnership Development team, focused on developing new partnerships and opportunities in key areas of the economy where Northeastern students are looking to gain experience (e.g., the technology sector).
The role requires a high degree of collaboration and will benefit from experience in areas such as business development, job development, sales, employer relations and partnerships. The Partnership Development Managers will be measured on key performance indicators that reflect their ability to secure valuable co-op opportunities for our students. Professional backgrounds and depth of knowledge in industries related to the STEM fields are of particular interest. This position is a hybrid role and open to candidates residing near Boston or any of Northeastern’s network of regional campuses, including Oakland, San Jose, Seattle and Arlington, Virginia.

The Coordinator, Career Center provides career and professional development services, including individual career coaching, career and education research, job search advising, resume and interview critiques. Designs and presents career development programming, including workshops and seminars and develops relationships with students, employers, faculty, staff, and alumni.
