Greetings CEIA Community,

I am honored to be invited to share my articles on the CEIA blog. I am passionate about career and leadership development.  I look forward to sharing my insights with you and hope together we can drive more effective results for ourselves and those that we work with.

I am a career and leadership coach.  I have worked with a variety of organizations within sports, higher education and non-profit. In my current role, I advise undergraduate students seeking professional opportunities both domestically and abroad. I love helping students hone their career and professional skills as part of Drexel’s unique curriculum that includes 6 months of career-related work experience, also known as the co-op program. I work collaboratively with academic units to deploy effectively integration of career-related development into classroom learning. I build relationships with employers who will work with our students, and help educate them regarding best practices for recruiting, interviewing, hiring and retaining students. I am the co-chair of the Workplace Discrimination and Harassment Prevention committee with a focus on promoting equitable work conditions for students.

In addition, I am the founder and head leadership consultant at Ever Upwards Leadership. My unique background across many different industries, working with a wide variety of clients has given me great insight into how to effectively coach individuals and teams. I love working with people to help them develop their self-awareness skills so that they can effectively communicate their ideas, inspire collaboration with others and execute lasting positive change for themselves and their organization.

I look forward to connecting with you. You can connect with me on LinkedIn https://www.linkedin.com/in/erin-glaser/
